Dear Friends,
There are times we have to push forward, even when it’s hard. There are times we just have to keep going, even when we want to take a break. There are times when we have to keep walking the trail ahead of us even when all we want to do is stop and rest. I was thinking a lot about last week's blog post, about feeling uninspired, about taking breaks when we’re struggling with a distinct lack of inspiration. Taking breaks, taking time away when we’re feeling that lack of inspiration, it’s important. And yet, there are times when we have to push forward and keep walking, even when all we want to do is take a break. There are times we simply have to continue moving through the space and time we are in, even if it feels hard and uncomfortable, even when we feel uninspired. My dear friends, if you find yourself in a place where you have to keep moving forward even if you don’t want to, I hope you can find a little more comfort, a little more peace, some deeper breath even in that place.
