Krista's online studio is the most welcome guest I've had in my house in a very long time. Her style of yoga and movement is thoughtful and fun and never requires more than you are able to give. Krista has taught me to listen to my body on and off the mat so I always feel fit and energized. I've traded-in long, strenuous workout classes for Total Body Fitness - not because it's an easy class, but because it allows me to reach my fitness goals without feeling tired, depleted or injured. I cannot imagine what life would have been like throughout this strange period of covid without Krista’s on-line classes. Krista has truly mastered the experience. Krista’s yoga and strength classes are engaging, energetic, and offer modifications to adapt to all levels of practice – they are not one-size fits all -- Krista presents a variety of modifications for the exercises and poses to personalize and adapt for all levels. Krista keeps an eye on each of us, offering cues and suggestions specifically addressing what she sees. My practice has improved and strengthened through her classes. Thank you, Krista!

Krista is an outstanding teacher and trainer. Whether in person or via Zoom, individually, small group, or class, Krista’s sessions are motivational, effective, well presented, and fun! Krista's online studio has been a life saver. I started when Covid forced us inside and I am a devoted fan and a regular. Twice weekly I do coached cardio on my indoor bike. Initially it was hard to imagine someone could instruct that class without being there but Krista does it easily. I'm also a fan of Total Body Fitness and yoga. I receive the videos and can always log in and do a class if I'm in need. Thank you Krista.

I can't recommend Krista's online studio highly enough. It's the one good thing to come out of the pandemic and I hope she continues it far into the future. Krista has really invested in the studio and it shows. Her physical space is attractive and there are rarely, if ever, any technical glitches. The classes are easy to access via Zoom and of course, the content of the classes is top notch-- Everything from relaxing yin yoga to high energy Total Body Fitness. I take one of her classes almost every day and yet never feel bored. She has an amazing ability to mix it up so that you never feel like you are taking the same class twice and her instructions are always clear and easy to follow. Krista is just the best!

Krista is awesome. Love her pace, her commands, her choreography. She gives you the confidence to stretch further, hold longer, and balance better. And she is so much fun. Krista is a magical being. Her classes are live on zoom, but it always feels like we're in the same room together. She has a massive screen so she can see everyone and offer corrections to our form, and she generously holds space for connection before and after our practice. Yoga with Krista is the perfect balance of recovery from strength training and grounding for my busy brain.

The past 6 months in Krista’s fitness classes have been motivating, enriching, invigorating and a special break I look forward to each day! Krista offers a broad spectrum of fitness and yoga classes ranging from the easy to difficult. I was always hesitant to attend classes in a studio where everyone was always high energy. Krista is very encouraging and I have never felt left out! She is very patient and corrects your posture through a gentle approach.
I look forward to her daily classes which are a welcome break during the work day. Above all, she offers several classes each day covering yoga and fitness. I would strongly encourage anyone - beginner or advanced- to try a class and notice the difference Krista’s energy, positive attitude and workouts has on you!

From the moment I met Krista I knew there was something special about her. From the way she joyfully listens, to the words she carefully chooses, it is clear that she is a happy person who really lives her yoga. Having worked with Krista throughout the seven month Yoga Teacher Training Program at Sky House I can confidently recommend her as a yoga teacher. Krista has a natural appreciation for the human experience and a high level of competence in instructing students. My 7 and 5 year old daughters took a kids yoga classes taught by Krista for two months. They loved it! They came home every night after their class and showed off all their poses. It was amazing how quickly they made progress! I was also able to inspire them to use deep breaths on occasions where they were upset or angry and it really helped! Krista is an amazing teacher. She has lots of experience with children and naturally connects with them. She transmits a strong passion for yoga and a very positive attitude.

I’ve taken a spinning class with Krista as the leader twice a week for about a year. I’ve been spinning for several years now and she is by far the best instructor I’ve ever had. She has the unique ability to run a very challenging class and simultaneously make it fun. Her enthusiasm is infectious and we don’t need lights because her smile lights up the room.

Rarely do you encounter a fitness instructor who actually makes you feel good about working harder, who encourages you to do your best while asking you to do things you could never imagine doing, and accomplishing all of this with an open and accepting way that brightens everyone’s day. Krista is such an instructor, and I find myself making countless excuses to go to work late simply to experience her demanding exercise class one more time. She earns my highest recommendation not only as a fitness instructor, but also as someone you would want to be your friend no matter what she puts you through!
