It is truly a joy for me to get to teach yoga every day, I absolutely love it! Whether teaching a strong, steady Vinyasa Flow class, a leveled Hatha class, a slower, deeper Yin yoga class, or an energetic, rambunctious kids yoga class I strive to show up and to hold space for my students. Throughout all my classes, my goal is to teach alignment-based yoga in which my students safety always comes first. You will hear me ask you to listen to your body and to follow your needs in every practice.

Strength+Balance
Body weight exercises are so incredibly important, especially as we age. Throughout our Strength+Balance practice I emphasize alignment and safety and will encourage you to to work hard, but to work in a manner that is sustainable and allows you to keep showing up to practice. I teach a fun but tough class which will have you sweating and leave feeling accomplished, strong and capable. I always encourage my students to do their best and push themselves while always reminding them to listen to their bodies and respect their level of fitness. I love teaching strength classes and teach them both in my online studio and at Circle Yoga.
I hold my personal training certification through ACE and an AFAA group exercise certification, and have taken several continuing education workshops in Body Sculpt and Core Conditioning.

Spinning (or, Coached Cardio in our Online Studio)
As my very first experience in the Fitness and Wellness realm, spinning holds a dear place in my heart. One of my favorite aspects of spinning is my ability to create awesome playlists full of music I love. On any given day you will find me rocking out to all sorts of different genres. I love finding new (or old!) songs to play and always strive to match my music to my workouts so that you can get lost in a good song while still getting a great workout. As with all of my classes, I teach with an emphasis on alignment and staying safe in your practice so you can keep showing up over the long run. I really do love teaching spin!
