I am a Washington DC-based yoga and fitness instructor, and I believe in the power of yoga and fitness to change lives for the better. I see my goal as helping my clients gain strength and stamina on the outside and on the inside. I believe in the connection of our minds, our bodies and our spirits, and when we cultivate strength in one area of our lives, it will translate into all areas of our lives. I believe that being grateful for our strong and capable bodies in every activity enriches our lives, no matter what our bodies might look like. I believe that moving our bodies in a safe, sustainable and healthy way will help us continue to move and be active far into the future. I believe in a movement practice with no guilt, no obligation, no shame involved. I love teaching both yoga and fitness and I would love to have you join me!
