About our Online Studio
Welcome to our studio, I'm so happy you are here!
I founded our studio in March 2020--right when the world turned upside down. Honestly, I never expected to teach online or to enjoy it, but when COVID-19 forced studios to close, I jumped on Zoom the very next day to keep moving and connecting with my community.
Over time, I grew to love this format--not just because it lets me reach more of you, but because I committed to making the technical side as smooth, easy, and joyful as possible. Sure, there were plenty of frustrating moments (and laughs!) along the way, but thanks to that effort, I can now focus fully on what I’m here to do: show up for you each day and share my passion for yoga, fitness, and movement without the stress of tech hiccups.
Teaching online has become something I truly adore, and I can’t wait to share that joy with you!

I want you to see and hear me clearly--no technical glitches here! That’s why my computer is wired directly into my internet router--no wireless shenanigans allowed. Plus, I’ve got light boxes to make sure you can see me perfectly, and a top-notch microphone so my voice comes through crystal clear, no matter how much we’re moving around.
If I’m being honest, all this gear sometimes makes me feel a little like a pop star--but hey, it’s totally worth it to give you the best experience possible!

I’m passionate about providing high-quality video so you can see me clearly and fully enjoy every class. That’s why I livestream using a Sony mirrorless camera and simultaneously record each session on a Sony HD camcorder.
All the recordings are then uploaded to our member-only video library, carefully organized by practice type and length. This way, you get the best of both worlds: crystal-clear, high-quality video during live classes, plus easy access to HD recordings anytime you want to move at your own pace.
