About our Online Studio
Welcome to our studio, I'm so happy you are here!
I founded our studio in March of 2020. I never expected to teach online, or to enjoy teaching online, but when the Covid-19 forced us all to change the way we do things, I immediately hopped on zoom and started teaching online the day after the first studio I taught at shut down.
Since starting our studio, I have grown to absolutely love teaching in this format, in part because I have worked hard to make the technical aspects of teaching streamlined, ease-filled and joyful, and I have largely succeeded in doing so (not always with joy....and with a LOT of frustration along the way, haha!). Because of the work I put in to streamline my tech, I now get to concentrate on showing up for you all each day and I get to do what I love, which is sharing my passion for yoga, fitness and movement with you without worrying about the technical aspect of teaching online. I really and seriously love teaching online, and I am so excited to share that love with you!

I value being able to see you clearly so I can really speak and cue to your body and what it's doing, so I have a 50 inch television screen hooked up to my computer so I don't miss a thing! I love seeing your beautiful faces every day, it just makes my heart happy!
I value you being able to see and hear me clearly without technical issues, so my computer is wired into my internet router...no wireless over here! I have light boxes so you can see me clearly and a really good microphone so you can hear me clearly no matter how our bodies are moving...if we're being honest, it makes me feel a little like a pop star, but it's worth it!
I value high quality video, and my students being able to see me clearly, so I livestream with a Sony mirrorless camera and simultaneously record our class sessions on a Sony HD camcorder and upload said videos to our member-only video page that is sorted by length and type of practice so my members can have both high quality video during their livestream experiences, and access to high quality, HD videos of our practices to use whenever they want.
