Reset, relax and rejuvinate with an exciting yoga and adventure retreat at Casa Om in Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo, Mexico. Casa om is built by yoga people for yoga people. Situated just 25 minutes from the Cancun Airport, Puerto Morelos is a small town in between Playa Del Carmen and Cancun. Its small, quiet and totally accessible. 

Casa Om is across the street from a white sand beach (though there is seaweed sometimes) and it takes about 1 minute and 29 seconds to get there.  We will be walking distance to beach bars, amazing restaurants, town square, shops, church, a spa, and massage.
Retreat Details
Yoga, fitness, meditation...we'll do it all during our 7 day, 6 night week in Puerto Morelos, Mexico.  We will enjoy between 2 and 3 yoga, fitness and meditation practices daily in our yoga room full of light and ocean breezes to cool us down.  We will enjoy 10 included meals with 360 sunrise and sunset views in our rooftop dining palapa.   With plenty of time to connect with others, explore the town right outside our door, go on adventures, sit by the beach just steps away from our house, or rest by the private pool or in a hammock at our retreat house, our week is sure to be a restful, rejuvinating and relaxing trip we all need.

Included in your rate, a shuttle driver will pick you up from the airport with a sign that says “Casa Om” right after you collect your luggage and take you 20 minutes south to the beautiful town of Puerto Morelos on the white sandy beaches of the Mexican Riviera.

All arrivals in Cancun airport will have inclusive shuttle service to and from the retreat so long as they arrive at a reasonable hour (no middle of the night arrivals/departures!)

A little about Krista
Hi there, my name is Krista!  I am a Washington DC-based yoga and fitness instructor, and I believe in the power of yoga and fitness to change lives for the better.  I see my goal as helping my clients gain strength and stamina on the outside and on the inside.  I believe that being grateful for our strong and capable bodies in every activity enriches our lives, no matter what our bodies might look like.  I love teaching both yoga and fitness and I would love to have you join me!

I am an RYT 200 yoga instructor, and an ACE personal trainer.  I teach Hatha, Flow and Yin Yoga and in addition Strength sessions.  I have been teaching in the fitness realm for the past 16 years, and teaching yoga for the past 10 years.  In March of 2020 I founded my online studio in addition to in-person classes, you can find out more about my online studio here.

​Take a walk in the shade as you explore beautiful gardens, look for spider monkeys, discover rugged temple ruins, catch a lookout and cross a swinging bridge.
  • Massage and Bodywork

A $500.00 deposit is required to hold your spot (non-refundable, but transferable)

Refunds and Cancellations: Refund less deposit before December 1, 2023 . In case of cancellation, you may transfer your deposit or your reservation to another person as long as you notify Krista Mason in advance. Due to arrangements made with our vacation hosts, there can be no exceptions to this policy.  All participants will be required to sign a liability waiver to participate on this trip.
We HIGHLY recommend that you consider purchasing Travel Insurance. Travel insurance companies like Travel Guard and Trawick offer policies that insure your investment in case you need to cancel (including “cancel for any reason” coverages), coverages for expenses incurred due to to weather & travel delays, personal property loss and emergency travel medical.  Please review policies carefully to choose the coverage you need.
