8:00-8:20am: HIIT
HIIT, or high intensity inverval training, incorporates several rounds that alternate between several minutes of high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate to at least 80% of one’s maximum heart rate, followed by short periods of lower intensity movements.

8:30-9:10 am: Strength+Balance
In this fast paced and fun class, we combine strength building exercises with balance, core work, flexibility--all while ensuring that we are keeping our bodies safe with the correct form throughout the class.

9:15-10:15 am: Yoga
An alignment-based Hatha yoga class. We focus on the breath, your form, and staying safe in your body throughout practice so you can feel stronger and more grounded in your day. Start your day right with some movement and breath!
