Dear Friends,
It’s that time of year, right? That time of year where life feels a little less routine and a little more scattered. And while it’s often a welcome respite from the routine of the rest of the year, sometimes that lack of routine does a number on our mental and physical state. Sometimes it’s just the little things, like for example this email, it’s going to come out later than it normally does because my routine is off and I didn’t get it done when I normally do. But those little things add up. This change of pace can be lovely, and it can be exactly what we need… But it can also be very agitating and hard on us. So if the change of pace and the change of routine at this time of life is feeling a bit hard for you this week, I hope you can lean into those pockets of beauty and grounding, really noticing those areas. Perhaps spending a little more time noticing a sunset or enjoying time with a friend, maybe finding time to get outside and connect with the world around you. I do think we can find beauty and grounding, even when we are feeling a bit scattered. I hope you find that this week, my friend. Love Krista
