Dear Friends,
I was at the beach a few weeks ago for a few days. The last morning I was there, I woke up early to walk the beach at sunrise. While I was not the only one with that idea, it was nice to have a calmer, more mellow space to walk and breathe, to find a little space and calm my nervous system. This 24 hour news cycle we live in sure does a number on our nervous systems, right? I know it’s important to stay informed so we can show up and act on said information, but I do not believe our bodies and minds are built for the constant access to information that we are currently exposed to. So in light of that, are there ways we can stay informed, and also find space for our own peace? Are there ways we can modify how we consume the world around us so our access to information is a little more sustainable and a little less constant? My dear friend, I hope you can find a little more space to breathe this week as we walk through this world together. Have an amazing week. Love Krista
